Todos los días reservar tiempo para divertirse, para hacer
tonterías , a reirse.
Observo a los niños corriendo de aquí para allá por el patio del recreo y enseguida pienso: Están divirtiéndose muchísimo.
Los niños corren y juegan por instinto. No se preguntan si deberían estar así, simplemete van y lo hacen. los adultos somos serios , tenemos responsabilidades.
Imaginarse a un niño que le preguntemos si quiere venir a los columpios y nos diga: "después te lo digo, ahora estoy ocupadísimo".
A veces los niños son más sabios que los adultos. Divertirse un poco, tener un rato para hacer bobadas y para estar contento es una parte esencial en cada día.
